Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions presented here apply to all purchases and sales of items offered here, and your purchase means you have accepted our terms and conditions of Sale.

there are no other Terms and Conditions relating to our products unless expressly agreed to by us in writing.

 

Pricing and Charges

 

All prices are quoted in US dollars. Availability may vary. All orders are subject to applicable shipping and freight charges. No price has shipping cost included. We ship with UPS and will continue to work with them to get our customers the best rate on shipping that is possible.

Minimum order is $14.00 (US dollars) , you will be charged $14.00 USD, on any order with a value of $14.00 or less.

Terms/Billing options

Payment due no latter than shipping date.

Net 30 days on approved accounts from date of invoice.

We also except cash and most major credit cards.

Special order items may carry a partial pre-payment requirement before the item is ordered.

McRee's Multi Services does not manufacture all the items that we carry. The suppliers and manufactures that we represent are the best in the business! All products are first quality. If you receive a product that does not perform as advertised, please call us. We will happily and quickly provide an exchange or refund (subject to a Q.A. inspection) providing the product is returned with in 30 days from date of  shipment.

 

If the product in question was manufactured by McRee's Multi Services and does not perform as stated, we will be more than cooperative, we will promptly replace the item or exchange the item (after a Q.A. inspection), this will be up to the customer. We will stand by this policy for 60 days after shipment.

 

Product warrantees

Except as stated, the only warranties applying to materials sold are those, if any, specifically provided by the original manufacturer. As sellers, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, workmanship, quality, durability, suitability, or non-infringement including those instances where changes, alterations or modifications are made to materials at the request of the purchaser.

All warranties are void out side the United States of America.

example; You buy a stock and barrel from us, you or your gun smith don't cut the chamber straight and over sand the stock. This would not be our fault, there would be no warrantee repair/replacement required. We would still do our very best to help you get a replacement in a timely manner because we do really want happy customers.

 

Shipping

UPS is our primary shipper, you will receive a notification of shipment if you provide an E-mail address for us to contact you.

 

Damaged or lost shipments

It is your responsibility to check your order, immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. All shortages and damages must be called in to us or emailed to us within 7 calendar days. All damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for inspection.

If your product was damaged in transit, you must file a claim with the carrier.

 

Returns

Except as otherwise provided, no material or product will be accepted for return after 30 or 60 days depending on the manufacturer. To return merchandise, you must call us for a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted with out a Return Authorization number. Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges for returned items must be prepaid. No returns of altered or etched items. A restocking charge may be applied.

 

Cut to length products are of a special nature, we will be glad to cut product to your specification, however, the cut to length product is not returnable, and considered a final sale, and may not be returned for credit.
